We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager.
The duties will include:
· Fulfill designed development plan
- Produces feasibility studies/business plans for new projects
- Meet/Presents Company's business perspective partners to enhance partnership relationships
- Negotiates commercial conditions/contracts and ensuring their profitability
- Working closely with members of the team to generate financial forecasts (e.g P&L)
- Supervise the new Project/s from A to Z (including the construction supervision)
- Performs market research and competitors analysis
- Attend industry events and conferences, provide feedback on the new trends
· Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field
- Previous experience working in a business development or a similar role (at least 3 years)
- Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth
- Analytical and Strategic thinking
- Financial and Project Management knowledge
- Excellent Business Communication and Negotiation Skills
- Time Management and Organizational skills
- Experience in working with senior management in a corporate/business environment;
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Programs Knowledge (MS Office).
