We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager.

The duties will include:

· Fulfill designed development plan

  • Produces feasibility studies/business plans for new projects
  • Meet/Presents Company's business perspective partners to enhance partnership relationships
  • Negotiates commercial conditions/contracts and ensuring their profitability
  • Working closely with members of the team to generate financial forecasts (e.g P&L)
  • Supervise the new Project/s from A to Z (including the construction supervision)
  • Performs market research and competitors analysis
  • Attend industry events and conferences, provide feedback on the new trends


· Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related field

  • Previous experience working in a business development or a similar role (at least 3 years)
  • Proven track record of generating new business and achieving revenue growth
  • Analytical and Strategic thinking
  • Financial and Project Management knowledge
  • Excellent Business Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Time Management and Organizational skills
  • Experience in working with senior management in a corporate/business environment;
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
  • Programs Knowledge (MS Office).
